About Me

Food has been many things to me: safety, comfort, love, celebration, risk, pain, even destruction—but also healing, empowerment, and joy.  I encourage my clients to embrace this spectrum and shed the limiting "good" and "bad" labels they often assign to food—and to themselves.

I believe the key to an empowering relationship with food comes from understanding just a few simple nutrition principles.

No foods are off limits—rather we use these basic principles to guide our food choices on a daily basis the same way we make different daily decisions about how to spend our time or our money. This approach allows for a custom framework for each individual that accounts for their personal goals, lifestyle, and needs.

I meet you where you are and design a sustainable roadmap for where you want to go or how you want to feel.
